Description
The Business Consultant accompanies the business partner throughout the entire IT consulting process from order clarification to analysis of the actual situation, determination of the target status, derivation and development of the target solution to implementation and introduction of the target solution in the respective area.
- Order clarification: complete binding bidding order with BP.
- Selection and application of analysis methods (actual analysis).
- Support in determining the target state by applying creative, agile methods and procedures.
- Organization and implementation of workshops to derive the target solution on the basis of the target state.
- Coordination of the involved areas (IT and BP) during the implementation of the target solution.
- Change management for the introduction of the target solution.
Qualifications
- Education: University Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics or equivalent higher education.
- Several years of work experience in IT, some of them in manufacturing area.
- Fluent English (mandatory), German (beneficial). Polish language is a must.
- Team player and good communication skills.
- Professional skills:
- Analysis methods interdisciplinary skills.
- Creativity methods.
- Agile methods (SCRUM).
- Moderation.
- Presentation.
- Conflict management.
- Change management.
